CVPC has modified procedures to provide social distancing. Certain host sites have asked that clients remain outside or in their vehicles while waiting for services. Our greeter will explain the procedure and options at each event.
Tip #1 We tend to experience our greatest rush of patients at the beginning of the day. Consider arriving later in the day when wait times are considerably shorter.
Tip #2 If you typically pick up your pet medication, please check out our online store on our website to have your purchase mailed or prepay and pick up at a scheduled event.
Tip #3 Bring your prior paperwork from other hospitals as well as any Rabies Certificates you may have for your pets.
*** Our check-in process remains as it always has been: We see clients in the order they have arrived (first come, first served). We know when you have arrived by the number on your in-take chart.
*** If you request a consultation with our doctors for allergies, the wait time may be longer, therefore clients with “higher” numbered charts may be seen ahead of you. However, alleviating your pet’s itching and pain, and the information and treatment received will be well worth the wait.
To all our pet families, thank you for your continued support!
